FNP Sales Analysis Dashboard

This project presents an Excel-based interactive sales dashboard for Ferns N Petals (FNP), built to analyze customer orders, revenue trends, product performance, and city-level sales distribution.

The dashboard provides quick insights into key business KPIs such as total revenue, order volume, customer spend, and delivery time, while enabling drilldowns by occasion and gender.

The data used in this dashboard comes from FNP_Sales_Analysis.xlsx.

• Peak Sales Months: March, August, and September show the highest sales activity.
• Weekday Trends: Tuesday drives the most revenue, while Wednesday & Thursday dip.
• Category Leaders: Colors (₹10L), Soft Toys & Sweets (~₹7L each) dominate revenue.
• Top Products: Magnam Set (₹1.2L) leads overall revenue, followed by Dolores Gift and Harum Pack.
• City Contribution: Smaller cities like Imphal, Haridwar, and Dibrugarh contribute significantly to orders.
