Roles and expectation of committee members.

This is meant to be a space to discuss different roles within the organizing committee and what is expected from committee members in terms of meeting attendance, workshop organization...etc.

I think to stay part of the committee you should attend a minimum number of meetings - two out of every 3 or 4?

New members should possibly be proposed at a meeting, strategically it might make sense to expand the committee if they would represent a new/different area but, at the same time, the committee should not grow too big - so maybe have an upper limit too?
