Republish with -pac name

With the next upload, I should:

• Bump its version number appropriately
• Commit and tag as usual
• Upload with the new name
• Push to all
• Create a branch efr32xg1-tombstone, and there
  • Change back to the old name, commit and tag
  • Add a note to README explaining that the crate has been renamed, and where to find the current one
  • Upload that (so that there is a same-code-same-version crate available on both to ease any transition)
  • Remove all files but README and strip that off everything but the transition note
  • Push to gitlab
  • Set default branch on gitlab to efr32xg1-tombstone

Blocked until there's actually a reason to re-upload.
