I wanted to create a PR for submitting model result, but in the checklist I found "My model has a model sheet, report or similar". Can you tell me what a model sheet/report is? |

It should just have some form of documentation attached on its huggingface repo. It is also sometimes called a model card. It is also perfectly fine to have a paper, report, or similar in case the model is not available on Huggingface. |
