[classic anniversary] Raid Debuff section is missing the Zul'Gurub Raid

Hi,

i was trying to configure Raid Debuffs for Zul'Gurub, but as it turns out the Raid Debuff section is missing Zul'Gurub entirely, while every other raid is available to configure.
