Update GitHub Actions versions #58
Description
There are some warnings being generated about deprecated Node.js versions in the actions being used and deprecated commands.
At least the following needs to be done:
- Update version of
actions/checkout - Update version of
actions/setup-java - Remove use of the
set-outputcommand which is deprecated.
Any other actions which can be updated should also be updated at the same time for simplicity.
