intel_gpu: forward ram/cap requests via the platform session to the client directly #5641
Description
Resource requests triggered by the intel/display driver in the intel/gpu driver are currently not forwarded. It may lead to a resource request in the intel/gpu and hang, if no dynamic upgrade is supported or wanted by the user/customer.
