Normalization modifies PDE

The issue is that normalization as implemented currently modifies the PDE so that it may not even have the same basis. Normalization was likely used due the use of neural networks but it seems the regression works even without this normalization so long as the inputs are sane. Perhaps in the future it will be necessary to have normalization if the features vary a lot.
