compatibilities problem

Hi! I've been trying to make gfootball work, but i had a lot of trouble installing the dependencies.
I managed to make it work, using python 3.10, setuptools==58.2.0, and gym==0.21.0
However, I can't use tensorflow 1.15, as my pipe only lets me install 2.8 and above ( i believe is python's version)
Should i downgrade to python 3.7?

I used python 3.9 and it worked, but I dont think you need have tensorflow 1.15 installed as long as you dont try to run the already implemented ppo
