What?
This PR adds CLAUDE.md that contains architecture overview and code authoring instructions for Claude Code and alike.
Why?
In the modern world, AI agents like Claude Code, Cursor, etc. are commonly used to help developers write code. While k6 follows most industry standards and best practices, a set of instructions to provide context and guide the implementation to ensure it meets the project standards is required.
