obonetis only used in https://github.com/indralab/gilda/blob/master/gilda/generate_terms.py, which isn't imported by any code that is part of typical Gilda use, therefore it makes sense to switch this to be an optional requirement (along with INDRA, which is also only imported for generating terms)
