This dataset should be shared to OBIS, but needs to be aligned to DwC first. @aalloilla is willing to do this and has the expertise to do so, but we would like to take the opportunity to document the alignment and publication for the benefit of the community.

No deadline

What is the current status quo (i.e., what happens if this does not get done)?

Data will not be interoperable with other biodiversity data being served through OBIS.

What indicates this is done (i.e., how do we know this is complete)?

Data is published on OBIS and notebook is published through IOOS

Just to clarify (I'm not sure I made it clear during our meeting): we don't have the new data yet. This task will need to wait until we get the re-classified data from the data provider, and we publish it on ERDDAP. As of right now, the ERDDAP dataset link points to the old data that will be overwritten.
