RCON enforced to be enabled on server start

Describe the problem

I noticed that my RCON keeps being enforced to true in the server.properties even though I have no purpose for it. Looking into it, it seems that verify.sh is setting it to true on every boot.

Is this intended behavior? I would love if this is something that could be optional

Even though it's on by default is doubly secure due to

• Random password on every startup
• Unless you expose it, the rcon port isn't even available outside of the container
