How to configure Ollama with this VS Code extension?

I love this approach that you have built. Can you please share some instructions on how to configure it with Ollama and still have MCP running with it.

This discusses how to build a client https://modelcontextprotocol.io/quickstart/client and I looked around a little and found this- I'm sure there are others. https://github.com/anjor/ollama-mcp-client

As long as it's an mcp client, it should theoretically "just work" assuming the model can follow instructions properly. If the developer choose to use a different configuration file, you'll need to follow that instead of "claude_desktop_config.json". It may require modifying prompts to convince less powerful models to work properly.
