Ability to Empty dustbin.

In the app there's an Empty Dustbin (S7/S7MaxV here) that would be extremely useful to be able to run automation against.

Could that be app_start_collect_dust and app_stop_collect_dust? Certainly looks like it. Are these commands I can send with this plugin? I see that this is for python-miio, is that the underlying framework the plugin uses? I was going off of the README and couldn't find anything about dust collection.
