[Feature Request] Support for Video Categorization and Download Management #314

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, downloaded videos are saved without categorization or organizational structure. This makes it hard to manage large collections, especially when downloading from multiple channels or topics.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be very helpful to have a way to:
- Add categories or tags to downloads (e.g., "Education", "Music", "Documentary")
- Automatically sort videos into folders based on source (e.g., YouTube channel or playlist)
- View and filter downloads by category or tag within the web UI
Describe alternatives you've considered
As a workaround, I manually move files into folders after download, but this is time-consuming and error-prone.
Additional context
This feature would greatly improve usability for users who download and manage a large number of videos. It could be implemented as part of the UI or as an advanced configuration setting.
