Describe the bug
You select the plus sign, then "Clear Completed" but the downloads remain.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the Plus (+) in the bottom right corner.
2. Click on the Plus (+) sign, then "Clear Completed"
3. The UI goes to the downloads (which is ok), but if you go back to your downloads all the downloads are all still there.

Expected behavior
After you select "Clear Completed", downloads that have completed should have erased from the screen.
