Predictive maintenance lab

Add a lab that covers predictive maintenance. Not sure what hardware etc. to use.

There are a [number of docs](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/machine-learning/team-data-science-process/predictive-maintenance-playbook) on this, so it would be good to distill this into a short lab.
