English chapter font is not Times New Roman

I have set \setmainfont{Times New Roman} in artratex.sty, but the english chapter (such as Tmp, Img) and abstract title font is 黑体？

I solved it by using \setsansfont{Times New Roman}%.

Yes, you're right. Because the headings are set to \sffamlity in the ucasthesis.cfg, so we need to setsansfont to times too. Thank you for spotting this and I will update the user manual soon.
By the way, do you have any other comments or suggestions so that I can do the update together?
