imath: update to 3.2.1

Went w/ regular real/upstream SOVERSION suffix this time, or is "-3_2" preferred? (Some distros kept e.g. "libImath-3_2.so.30" in their native and also "libImath-3_2.dll" in their mingw-w64-imath packages...)

If that is too much to succeed in one go due to timeouts or similar reasons, then split the rebuilds into two parts and do only half of the rebuilds in each of them.
