According to https://github.com/nodejs/reliability/blob/main/reports/2025-04-24.md this has failed four PRs, once on Linux x64 and the remaining three times on Linux s390x. All time outs.

A GitHub search of the reliability reports only shows this test in today's report. The test in question was updated two days ago by #57680.

This also showed up on AIX when I was running the CI for a local commit https://ci.nodejs.org/job/node-test-commit/79391/
