Refresh the default theme (make it more modern)

Let's refresh our default theme. There's no need to change it significantly and re-design from scratch. Let's just make it looking more modern and fresh

The new theme must be based on Bootstrap or Tailwind or some other famous framework.
We, most of all developers and not designers.
So the theme must be built upon on some framework for easy customization.

Bootstrap would be a very good choice, The current theme supplied by nop-templates is quite painful to edit / update.

It would be nice to use a more modern html / css template out of the box which takes advantage of css grid etc
