Update bookmeta element content models

Based on TC discussion May 16, 2023, we should go ahead with the changes suggested here: https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/dita/202305/msg00015.html

The change to bookeventtype is a bug fix but needs to be noted in the migration guide
