Issue on DITA attributes, A to Z page

On 2.0 draft spec "DITA attributes, A to Z page" page,

• Some attributes, such as callout doesn't link to the definition https://github.com/oasis-tcs/dita/blob/DITA-2.0/specification/langRef/quick-reference/base-attributes-a-to-z.dita#L13
• start and end attributes are immediately next to each other so they look like startend attribute. Remove start link because start already has it's own item https://github.com/oasis-tcs/dita/blob/DITA-2.0/specification/langRef/quick-reference/base-attributes-a-to-z.dita#L31
• Could there be just a single <sl>, i.e. combine the three <sl> into one https://github.com/oasis-tcs/dita/blob/DITA-2.0/specification/langRef/quick-reference/base-attributes-a-to-z.dita#L74.

This page definitely needs work (or needs to be removed before we publish) -- I generated the topic that is there now at one point, and it is out of date with late changes in element definitions + with some reorganization of the spec attribute definitions
