   Update -> upsert #2082
   TC reviews the PR. Heiko will prepare an accompanying vocabulary PR that changes the descriptions, but not the technical names.
   PR # 2082 should not merged before two more fundamental changes to the text have been considered:

   • Rewrite the entire section 11.4 to distinguish between effects (insert, update, delete) and intents (create, upsert, delete, action).
   • In order to ease adoption of the OData standard, the entire specification text could be re-organized into sections that contain rules for the minimal conformance level and (typographically distinct) sections that contain rules for advanced conformance levels. At the moment many rules are stated in the text but not assigned to a particular conformance level in the "Conformance" sections.

   Exact meaning of EntitySetPath: same order or some order? #2065
   TC reviews the PR and makes some corrections. If a navigation property binding cannot be determined in steps 6 or 9, the entity set path makes no statement about the canonical collection of the returned entities. How shall this be treated?

   • On the one hand, it cannot be considered an error in the service model, because this case may occur only at runtime, if the schema is referenced by another service.
   • On the other hand, the current wording of the specification leaves no room for the canonical collection to be specified by a context URL in the result. Therefore the result would have no canonical collection at all in such a case.

   Discussion to be continued in the next meeting.
