[request] conf-git-lfs package for git lfs support #27823
Description
git clone can fail in confusing ways if a repository is set up to use git lfs but git lfs is not installed / initialized. It would be nice to be able to indicate that some packages (such as this one) have a (build-time) dependency on git-lfs
