Include appendix with current package and vignette counts

as appendix. And/or run that in the preface of the book, so that the numbers are available
as R variables throughout the book. Yours, Steffen

Already added. I just "disabled" them (adding "_" to the filename).

The calculation needs to be put somewhere earlier though if you want the variable available.
