Add Code Generation IDE jokers.pub

Requirements

  • This is Software as a Service not self hosted
  • It has a free tier not just a free trial
  • Pricing information is clearly visible without signup or phone calls
  • The submission mentions what is free
  • The submission is not already present in the list
  • The service has contact details of those running it and a privacy policy

Pricing information is unclear, terms says some things are charged and might be charged and at their discretion etc, but its just not clear what that means.

So this wouldn't pass the Pricing information is clearly visible without signup or phone calls clause

All core features are available for free. Similar to GitHub's code hosting, there are no restrictions on open-source projects. However, we offer some customized services, such as project plan management and AI Token quota packages, which are additional paid features.
