Enforce rules on output variables

## Feature Request

**Feature description :**
I would like to be able to check if any output variable that contains the string *secret* is marked as `sensitive = true` 

**Suggested Solution description ( if you have any ) :**
Given the fact that outputs are stored in the plan we should have a `Given I have any output defined` and then filter based on name using `WHEN`
