No Microsoft Windows binary release

Checking latest, as of today, https://github.com/tinted-theming/tinted-builder-rust/releases/tag/v0.13.1 there are no pre-built Windows executables.

Prebuilt windows bins would be in line with the project description ;-)

A base16 and base24 builder written in Rust, focused on convenience for template maintainers.

I'm unclear how much effort this is, as I'm not a Rust dev (I've had mixed success under Linux getting Rust code built) 😿.

I'll have a look at creating a windows exe for the tinted-builder-rust build though

Being super-picky, I really want something native with minimal dependencies. A few years back I had the (original base16) ruby version running.

So far I've had some success with https://github.com/clach04/base16-builder-python (for my use cases) - and limited success with https://github.com/clach04/tinted-builder-python/tree/patch-1 - when I get some free time my next mini-project is a base16 template for scite/scintillua.

Yeah I get wanting something minimal, it was more of a temporary suggestion. I'll get on building this into tinted-builder-rust this week. I don't have windows so I might need you to do a bit of testing for me 😅

Unrelated but https://github.com/clach04/base16-scintillua is now public, with branch https://github.com/clach04/base16-scintillua/tree/builder_go_0.3.1_builtins with themes generated using the Go binary. NOTE this was generated using internal colors (due to bug tinted-theming/base16-builder-go#32) so could be incomplete.

This could be moved into tinted-theming org, assuming it passes muster.
