This project presents a Power BI dashboard analyzing sales performance in the food and beverages sector. It includes insights into total revenue,order trends, product performance, sales channels and individual salesperson contributions. Key KPIs such as average ticket price and quarterly order growth are visualized to support data driven decisions.
