The Ops team is upgrading the build agents for newer versions of PHP. As part of this upgrade, the OpenSSL version changed, which makes some our MSSQL support obsolete.
Describe the solution you'd like
Upgrade the OpenSSL version from OpenSSL 1.0.2k-fips 26 Jan 2017 to OpenSSL 3.2.2 4 Jun 2024 to provide updated support going forward.
