Modus Autocomplete - valueChange and optionSelected events triggered on selecting any option.

Describe the issue

1. On selecting an option, valueChange is called first, followed by optionSelected.
2. And for persisting the selections, we are setting the value to the autocomplete element, which calls valueChnage and optionSelected in a loop.
