Seeking actions for the secondary subtitles

Many seeking actions are available for the primary subtitles, but not for the secondary one.

I think these actions could be added as optional and wouldn't be assigned by default or would use same keys as for the primary, but with modifier.

Adding seek keys for secondary subtitles is easy to implement, but I personally don't see the need for it.
because I usually only want to seek subtitles in the language I am learning (the language of the audio, set as primary).

so I will add only new keys and not assign them in the default settings.

This is totally reasonable, but I've recently faced cases when secondary subtitles translate in-video content that appears for a moment or translate a speech that is absent in the primary ones (for example, distant one).
