Can not use ASR with live stream

ASR cannot be used in live streams where it is not possible to seek to the entire video, so some action should be taken.

It seems it is difficult to support ASR with live streams in current implementation.
PotPlayer also does not work with live streams properly, so for now I will add validation to ASR from being executing with live streams.

I will consider making it work with live streams in the future.
