Upcoming major and minor releases are typically spaced 6 months apart. Dates are tentative, and can shift for various reasons. We have a new feature cut-off date approximately 2 months before the GA. New features must be MERGED by this date, so PRs should be opened well in advance. Smaller changes and bug fixes can be incorporated by that time.

Valkey patches are released as needed. Typically expect about one patch a quarter as long as there are pending bug to backport.
