Action does not work with Go 1.22.3

The current Github Action (v2.10.1) does not work with Go version 1.22.3:

"go: go.mod requires go >= 1.22.3 (running go 1.22.2)"

Unfortunately i can not since this happened in a private repository.
However i solved this by not using the action and instead using "go install" to install this code and then running the binary.

this issue should not be reproducible anymore as v2.12.0, the most recent version, uses go 1.24, therefore it will support 1.22.3.

to prevent this issue from happening in the future:

1. dependabot bot was configured for Dockerfiles - which should keep golang image to newest version
   (feat(ci): dependabot to update go version in docker #167 )
2. find files mechanism, that depends on go installed, should happen less often, only as backup option
   (feat: find file via file system search #157)
