status=>false and not applying settings

Below is how I use the module, however, it's not applying my settings. I want to start my service manually but using **status => 'disabled'** does not apply the settings I defined.

```class { 'logstash':         
  version     => $_version, 
  settings    => $_settings,
  status      => 'disabled',   
}
```
