RSS item missing if the most recent post is pinned

For example, currently the most recent post of LyricaGame is pinned:

It does not appear in the RSS feed.

If checking "hide pinned tweets" in preferences, I cannot see that post either. I think the implementation of how skipPinned argument is handled in fetchProfile is flawed.
