fix(console): wire long text upload prompt

Summary

• Bump @agentscope-ai/chat to 1.1.72-beta.1783494781362.
• Re-enable console sender.longTextUpload after the previous message-list window optimization was reverted from main.
• Wire long-text uploads to the existing console file upload path so overlong prompts are converted into uploaded .txt attachments.
• Pass sender.longTextUpload.prompt as an i18n function so language changes are reflected when the prompt text is generated.
