CentOS 10: Add into the CI/CD tests

Now that we have QM build for CentOS 10, lets add such test in the CI/CD.

Currently the package is under testing repo but in 6 days will be in stable.

I believe so, there is already QM package for c10 available. However, @pypingou is the one to answer that.

There are no CS10-based compose for AutoSD at this point. The target exists in CBS iirc so you could build for it, but there is no compose afterward
